Layout
• Bring every wireless control pedal close to their
machine.
• Start the machine and operate a control to check
the correct combination.
• Apply one of the labels in a visible position on the
pedal controls and attach, the second label of the same
colour, on the matching machine.
• Repeat the operation on the other pairs of machine-
control pedals in the work environment, always using
different pairs of colours.
EMERGENCY CABLE:
Machines with wireless controls are always supplied
with an emergency cable to connect the pedal controls
to the machine in order to operate the machine
conventionally, by-passing the wireless system.
TO use the emergency cable operate as follows:
• Remove the protection cap from the rear socket
(1Fig.4.1.1-2).
• Insert one of the ends of the cable to the pedal control
socket and the other end to the socket on the electrical
box. Pay attention to the position of the connector, then
tighten the lock nut until it clicks.
Note: The socket (1Fig.4.1.1-2) is protected by a
special protection cap. The cap is used in
the same way as the cable connectors.
RETURN THE PROTETION CAP CAREFULLY IN
ORDER NOT TO DAMAGE THE CONNECTIONS.
NEVER APPLY THE CAP ON THE CONTROL UNIT
SOCKET.
