Variation to make Roasted Garlic Aioli

Slice the top off 1 whole garlic bulb and wrap in foil. Bake in the oven at
200 °C for 30 minutes or until garlic is softened and fragrant.

While the garlic is cooling, make the mayonnaise recipe, omitting mustard.

Squeeze the juice out of the garlic bulb and blend mayonnaise using MIX / 1.
