Serves 4
Ingredients
3 limes, halved
60 ml Tequila
60 ml Cointreau
60 ml sugar syrup (see precedent recipe)
10 ice cubes
Method
1. Squeeze lemon directly into blender jug, using the citrus juicer lid.
2. Add remaining ingredients and secure lid and measuring cap.
3. Process on LIQUIFY / 4 until well combined and ice is crushed. Use PULSE in short
bursts if needed.
4. Serve in four salt rimmed glasses.
