Ingredients
2 limes, peeled and cut into 8 pieces
16 – 20 mint leaves
60 ml sugar syrup (see following recipe)
60 ml white rum or vodka
8 ice cubes
250 ml (1 cup) soda water
Method
1. Place all ingredients in blender jug and secure lid and measuring cap.
2. Use PULSE in short bursts until all ingredients are roughly chopped.
