400 ml chilled, reduced fat coconut milk
130 g (½ cup) vanilla yoghurt
1 large (350 – 400 g) chopped, fresh mango
1 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
5 ice cubes

Method
1. Use citrus juicer lid to squeeze lime directly into blender jug.
2. Add remaining ingredients, secure lid and measuring cap and process on
SMOOTHIE until program finishes.
