A parameter set contains all specific parameters necessary for
adapting to a measuring job (measuring range, limit values, alarms,
maintenance). You can freely select up to four parameter sets for
processing different applications.

Sensor lines and electronics of the SIPAN 32 PA are constantly
monitored. The status information is adapted accordingly in the event
of a fault.
Status Byte (quality byte)
Each of these values is assigned a status byte. This status is a
statement of the quality of the value. The advantage of this data
structure is that the quality statement about the value is available
synchronous with the value. The control system is heavily based on
this information. The control system needs a standardized view of the
measured values in order to be able to influence the process control
dependent on the status.
