Introduction

The Clario is a high-quality suction pump� It is powered by the well-proven membrane sys-
tem� It ideally combines easy handling and cleaning with safety features to ensure optimal
operation� Use only according to the instructions from your doctor and after getting instruc-
tions from trained medical specialists�

Intended use / indications

The Clario is intended for use in the medical field for suctioning secretions, body liquids and
foreign objects in the nasal, pharyngeal and tracheal areas� This suction pump is suitable for
use at home, in the hospital, in the car (AC / DC version) or outdoors (AC / DC version)�

Contraindications

The device is not suitable for use for prolonged suctioning�

Intended user

The Clario should only be operated by properly instructed users� These persons must not
be hard of hearing or deaf and must have adequate visual faculty� The instruction has to be
refreshed at least once a year�

Intended patient population

The Clario is intended to be used on patients only exhibiting conditions as described in the
indications for use�

Important note
