It is not permitted to modify, tamper with or attempt repairs on the appliance, especially with tools
(screwdrivers and the like), either inside or outside the appliance.
Repairs must only be carried out by authorized personnel, especially on the electrical parts.
Inappropriate repair work may cause serious accidents, damage the appliance and equipment and lead to
improper operation.
Appliances repaired in technical service centres must undergo routine testing, especially concerning the
earth circuit continuity.
Use only the food / temperature probe included in the oven accessories.
If the food probe breaks or becomes lost, contact your nearest Authorized Service Centre.
The manufacturer shall not be held liable for damage to persons or property due to poor or incorrect
maintenance of the appliance.
The manufacturing company declines all responsibility if the safety standards are not observed.
The manufacturer reserves the right to make any modifications to its products which it feels are necessary or
useful without any advance notice.
HELPFUL INFORMATION ABOUT USE OF THE OVEN
Do not use the cooking compartment door as a shelf.
Do not store any food in the appliance. This can lead to corrosion.
Ovenware
Use only the accessories provided. They are specially designed for your appliance.
Caution: when steaming in the perforated cooking container, always insert the baking tray / solid cooking container
underneath. Dripping liquid is caught.
Always place ovenware on the wire rack or in the perforated cooking container.
Caution: the evaporator dish must not be covered.
Ovenware must be heat and steam resistant.
Silicone baking tins are not suitable for combined operation with hot air and steam.
Do not use ovenware that shows signs of rust.
Even the smallest spots of rust can lead to corrosion in the cooking compartment.
Care and cleaning
The cooking compartment in your appliance is made of high grade stainless steel. Improper care can lead to corrosion
in the cooking compartment. Refer to the care and cleaning instructions in the manual.
Salts are vary abrasive. If salt is deposited in the cooking compartment, rust could develop in places.
Acidic sauces, such as ketchup and mustard, or salted foods, e.g. cured roasts, contain chloride and acids. These
affects the stainless steel surface. Clean the cooking compartment after each use.
PACKAGING DISPOSAL
The parts of the oven packaging (cardboard, EPS expanded polystyrene, PE plastic bags) should be disposed of in
compliance with environmental regulations and using appropriate separated collection channels.
