Resetting ClinicUser Password

Update Password
If you know your ClinicUser password and would like to change it to a new password,
follow the steps below:
1 Press and hold CTRL + ALT + DEL (control + alt + delete) on the keyboard and
select Change a password.
2 Enter your old password in the "Old password" field, and enter your new
password in both the "New password" and "Confirm password" fields. The new
ClinicUser password must be 10 or more characters in length.
3 Ensure your password is the same in each field. Then press Enter.
Lost/Forgotten Password
If you are unable to log in to the ClinicUser profile on the CP due to a lost or forgotten
password, follow the steps below to reset your ClinicUser password:
1 From the CP login screen, select the PasswordReset user profile.
2 Refer to the "Technical Support" section of this manual and call your local
Technical Support team. Technical Support will provide you with a password that
will allow you to log in to the PasswordReset user profile.
3 Enter the password provided by Technical Support to log into the PasswordReset
user profile.
