Audio/Voice effects

What are the audio/voice effects?
You can apply audio/voice effects to mic input jacks 1 and 2 (CH 1, 2). These effects use an
internal digital signal processor (DSP) to process the sound from your mic(s) in a variety of ways,
such as boosting the low-frequency range, giving the sound greater clarity, or changing the pitch.

How to apply effects

For details on connecting mics or other devices, refer to the explanations in Basic operation (p. 19).
1.
For the channel to which your mic is connected, press the effect switch to turn it
on. It will light in red.
2.
Use the audio/voice effect select knob to select an effect.
3.
Use effect modify knobs A/B to adjust the character (parameters) of the effect.
4.
Use the effect balance knob to adjust the depth of the effect, or the proportion of
the original sound and processed sound.
* Also refer to Effect applications (p. 113).
