cushion is to aid in the prevention of pressure ulcers.

Place the chair cushion to the back of the chair surface,
prior to patient use (Figure 2 and Figure 3).

Patient should be immersed in chair cushion, not sitting
on top of it (Figure 4). Turn every 2 hours (T2H).

Stryker Medical warrants that the Stryker Sof•Care Chair
Cushion model CC476CE should be free from manufacturing
non-conformances that affect product performance and
customer satisfaction for a period of thirty (30) days after
date of delivery. Stryker's obligation under this warranty is
expressly limited to supplying replacement parts.
