Montagemöglichkeiten (siehe
Maßzeichnungen)
Schauglasleuchten sind ausschließlich
zur Montage an oder auf Schauglas-
Flanschfassungen konstruiert. Eine
Schauglasleuchte darf auf keinen Fall
den Deckelflansch einer Schauglasar-
matur oder die komplette Schauglasar-
matur ersetzen!
a) Mit Montagewinkel „W" (1070)
Auf Deckelflansch geeignete Bohrun-
gen (2 x M5 x 8 im Abstand von 14
mm) anbringen, dann Leuchte mittels
der mitgelieferten Befestigungsschrau-
ben auf Flansch verschrauben.
Beispiel
Montage auf Durchflussschaugläser mit
Montagewinkel oder kundenseitigem An-
pass
b) Mit Schwenkfüßen „Sch" (2070)
Auf Deckelflansch geeignete Bohrun-
gen (2 x M6 x 12) anbringen, dann
Leuchte mittels der mitgelieferten Be-
festigungsschrauben auf Flansch ver-
schrauben. Bei Einsatz als Halbleuch-
te, vorher Blendschutz „B" (2071) an-
bringen und Position desselben nach
Montage justieren.
Beispiel
Montage auf Schauglasarmaturen
nach DIN 28120 oder ähnlich: NW 25-NW
150:
mit Kippscharnier (ab NW 125 Blendschutz
mitbestellen)
NW 80 – NW 200: mit Montagebügel

Tank inspection lamps are to be
mounted at or on inspection glass
flanged sockets exclusively. A tank
inspection light must not replace the
blank flange of an inspection light or
the entire inspection light instrument
on no account.
a) by mounting bracket « W » (1070)
Drill appropriate holes (2 x M5 x 8 at
distances of 14 mm) on the blank
flange and screw the light fitting to
the flange by using the mounting
screws provided for this purpose.

b) with swivel feet "Sch" (2070)
Drill appropriate holes (2 x M5 x 8 at
distances of 14 mm) on the blank
flange and screw the light fitting to
the flange by using the mounting
screws provided for this purpose.
When applied as a half-light, mount
anti-dazzle shield "B" (2071) first and
adjust its position after installation.
Example
Mounting on tank inspection light instru-
ments according to DIN 28120 or similar:
NW 25-NW 150: with tilting hinge (from
NW 125 also order anti-dazzle shield)
NW 80 – NW 200: with mounting bracket

Les hublot d'éclairage de cuve devront
être montés aux ou sur des culots à
ailettes exclusivement. hublot d'éclai-
rage de cuve ne devra jamais remplacer
la bride d'obturation d'un hublot d'éclai-
rage de cuve ou tout l'instrument de
hublot d'éclairage de cuve.
a) avec angle de fixation "W" (1070)
Percez des trous appropriés (2 x M5 x 8
à 14 mm de distance), ensuite vissez le
luminaire sur la bride en utilisant les vis
de fixation livrés avec.

Montage sur verre-regard de débit en utili-
sant l'angle de fixation ou sous forme adap-
tée au client
b) avec pieds pivotants « Sch » (2070)
Percez des trous appropriés (2 x M5 x 8
à 14 mm de distance), ensuite vissez le
luminaire sur la bride en utilisant les vis
de fixation livrés avec. Pour l'utilisation
en tant que demi-luminaire, mettez
d'abord une protection contre
l'éblouissement « B » (2071) et ajustez
la après montage.

Montage sur l'instrument hublot d'éclairage
de cuve d'après DIN 28120 : NW 25-NW
150: par charnière basculante (à partir de
NW 125 commandez aussi la protection
contre l'éblouissement)
