3.1. Installation height - Fig. 4

Measure the distance "D" between the highest point of the door and the
ceiling.
• If "D" is between 35 and 200 mm, secure the assembly directly to
the ceiling.
• If "D" is greater than 200 mm, secure the assembly so that the
height "H" is between 10 and 245 mm.

3.2. Installation steps - Fig. 5 to 15

3.2.1. Mounting the lintel yoke and door yoke (Fig. 5
In the case of a door being installed directly on the ceiling (attached
ceiling), the lintel yoke may be fixed to the ceiling and, if necessary, have
an offset of max. 200 mm in relation to the lintel (Fig. 5-
3.2.2. Assembling the rail in 2 sections - Fig. 6
1) 2) 3) Unfold the 2 sections of the rail.
Attention
Ensure that the chain or belt is not twisted.
4) Assemble the 2 sections of the rail using the sleeve.
5) Secure the assembly using the 4 mounting screws.
In the case of an attached ceiling installation, do not use the sleeve
mounting screws.
Attention
The mounting screws must not penetrate the rail (do not drill).
6) Tighten the nut to tension the chain or belt. The compressed rubber
must measure between 18 and 20 mm.
3.2.3. Assembling the rail to the motor head - Fig. 7
3.2.4. Mounting the lintel yoke - Fig. 8
3.2.5. Mounting to the ceiling
Attached ceiling - Fig. 9
Mounting directly to the ceiling using the rail.
Fastening points can be added at the level of the motor head (Fig. 9-
Detachable ceiling - Fig. 10
Two options:
• mount the system at the motor head (Fig. 10 -
• secure the system at the rail (Fig. 10 -
For adjustable intermediate mounting along the rail, or mounting at a
dimension h between 250 mm and 550 mm, use the ceiling mounting kit,
part no.: 9014462 (Fig. 10 -
3.2.6. Cutting the connecting arm - Fig. 11
Cut the connecting arm according to the distance between the top of the
door and the motor rail.
3.2.7. Mounting the arm to the door and carriage (Fig. 12
Attention
If the back release handle is higher than 1.80 m, it will be neces-
sary to extend the cable to make it accessible to all users.
1) Release the carriage using the manual back release device.
2) Bring the carriage level with the door.
3) Secure the arm to the door yoke and carriage.
3.2.8. Adjusting and fastening the opening stop - Fig. 13
1) Release the carriage using the manual back release device and move
the door to the open position.
Attention
During this operation, check that there is no risk that the back
release device cable will subsequently become snagged on an
element protruding from the car (for example a roof rack).
Do not open the door fully, but position it so that it does not reach its stops.
2) Insert the stop block (10) into the rail then rotate 90°.

).
3) Position the stop block against the carriage.
4) Tighten the retaining screw moderately.
Attention
Do not tighten the retaining screw to the maximum. Excessive
tightening can damage the screw and cause the stop block to be
incorrectly secured.
3.2.9. Mounting the chain bearings - Fig. 14
For chain rails only. These bearings limit parasitic noise linked to friction
between the chain and the rail.
Position each of the bearings in the first hole in the rail, outside the end
limits.
Ensure that the bearing is fully pushed in so that the positioning lug
protrudes past the outside of the rail.
3.2.10. Checking the tension of the chain or belt - Fig.
15
The rails are supplied pre-tensioned and checked. If necessary, adjust this
tension.
Attention
The rubber or tension spring must never be completely compressed
during operation.

4. QUICK COMMISSIONING

4.1. Switching the installation on - Fig. 16

Danger
Connect the power supply cable to a socket provided for this pur-
pose and which complies with the electrical requirements.
Connect the motorisation to the mains power and switch the installation
on.
The integrated lighting flashes 3 times and the "POWER" indicator light
flashes slowly.
).
4.2. Memorising the Keygo io remote controls for
operation in complete opening - Fig. 17
If this procedure is carried out using a channel which has already been
memorised, this channel will be cleared.
1) Press the "PROG" button for 2 s.
The integrated lighting and "PROG" indicator light are lit constantly.
2) Press the outer le and right buttons on the remote control together
until the indicator light flashes.
3) Press the button on the remote control which will open the door fully..
The integrated lighting and "PROG" indicator light flash for 5 s.
The remote control has been memorised.
4.3. Configuring the type of door - Fig. 18
The default parameter Px (door type) is sectional.
Px
Type of door
Values
1: Sectional
2: Side
3: Up and over
If the motorisation is installed on an up-and-over or side door, change the
value of parameter Px, following the instructions of section 7.1 Using the
programming interface - Fig. 30.
