• Ensure that the treatment surface is pressed flat and
firmly on your skin.
The indicator light "Skin type warning"/"Light pulse ready"
should be flashing slowly.
If there is no contact or not sufficient contact between the
application area and your skin, the indicator light lights up
continuously and a safety switch prevents the light pulses
from being emitted.
• If the indicator light "Skin type warning"/"Light pulse
ready" is flashing quickly while you press the treatment
surface on the area to be treated, your skin tone is too
dark for safe use of the device. Try to use the device on
another part of the body, or contact our customer care
service.
• If the indicator light "Skin type warning"/"Light pulse
ready" is continuously lit up and there is also one or more
energy level indicator lights lit up, there is a system error.
Contact our customer care service.
• If the indicator light and all energy level indicator lights are
flashing at the same time, the device has reached the end
of its service life. Unplug the device from the mains and
dispose of it according to current regulations.
• Make sure that the batteries are inserted. If necessary,
replace flat batteries with new batteries of the same type.
