Problems / solutions

• Make sure that the mains adapter is properly connected to
the device and a wall socket.
• When pressing the light pulse button, ensure that your
hand is also touching the base electrode (metal surface)
on the bottom of the device. Only then can the micro
current flow and your pores open for a more effective
treatment.
