Low energy level for your safety
This hair removal device uses eHPL™ technology to achieve long-lasting
results at a fraction of the energy that is required by other light-based hair
removal devices. The low energy used by this device reduces the risk of
causing harm or complications.
The skin type sensor protects your skin
The device removes unwanted hair by selectively targeting hair pigments. For
this reason, a light-based hair removal system is not suitable, or only suitable
to a certain extent, for naturally dark or suntanned skin.
The device has a skin type sensor that measures the skin pigmentation on the
area that is to be treated and only permits use if the skin pigmentation is suit-
able. This therefore makes it impossible to treat dark or sun-tanned skin where
burns might result.
In addition, the treatment surface where the light pulses are emitted is
embedded deep inside the device, which protects your skin by avoiding direct
contact between the treatment surface and your skin.
Safety switch to protect your eyes
The device has a built-in safety device for eye protection. This prevents light
pulses being sent out when the treatment surface is in the air. The safety
switch is only activated when the treatment surface is in full contact with the
surface of the skin.
