Programmed cooking

Adjust the cooking temperature
Your oven will suggest the best temperature for this type of cooking.
• You can still adjust the temperature by pressing the temperature
button.
The temperature flashes in the display.
• Set the temperature, using the knob.
Example: COMBINED HEAT set to 220 °C.
• Press the knob to confirm
• The BOOST indicator shows the temperature rise inside the oven.
A series of beeps sound when the oven has reached the desired
temperature.
To stop cooking, press the 'STOP' button for a few seconds.
Notes
• All cooking is done with the door closed. After a cooking cycle,
the cookingfan continues to run for a time, in order to garantiee
optimum oven reliability.
• 90 Seconds after closing the door or start a cooking lamp turns off
the oven cavity. Pressing the knob briefly turns the lamp back on.
• At any time it is possible to suspend cooking by pressing the STOP
button, simply press the knob to resume cooking.
Cooking with immediate start and a set cooking time
Select the desired cooking mode and adjust the temperature (see
paragraph: "Immediate cooking").
• Press the time button.
The display flashes several times to indicate that a setting may be
entered.
• Using the knob, set the cooking time.
Example: 30 mins cooking time.
• Press the knob to confirm.
The cooking time starts to count down immediately it is set.
The BOOST indicator shows the temperature rise inside the oven.
The cooking time display stops flashing.
When these steps have been completed, the oven heats up. A series of
beeps sound when the oven has reached the desired temperature.
