Use a #1 Phillips screwdriver to thread an M2 x 8 self-tapping washer-head screw in each of the mounting holes
in the landing gear door block. Remove the screws and place 2–3 drops of thin CA in each of the mounting holes to
harden the threads. Attach the landing gear door to the strut using the screws and a #1 Phillips screwdriver.
Schrauben Sie mit einem #0 Phillips Schraubendreher eine selbst schneidene Schraube in jedes der Bohrlöcher.
Schrauben Sie die Schraube wieder heraus. Geben Sie 2 - 3 Tropfen Sekundenkleber in jedes der Bohrlöcher. Das
härtet das Holz und sichert die Verbindung zu den Fahrwerkstüren. Schrauben Sie die Fahrwerkstür mit vier 2mm x
8mm selbst schneidenen Schrauben und einem #0 Phillips Schraubendreher an.
Utilisez un tournevis cruciforme #1 pour visser 2 vis auto-taraudeuses M2x8 dans chaque bloc de fi xation. Retirez les
vis et placez 2 à 3 gouttes de colle cyano fi ne dans chaque trou pour durcir les fi lets. Fixez la trappe à la jambe de
train en utilisant les vis et un tournevis cruciforme #1.
Con un cacciavite Phillips #1 avvitare una vite autofi lettante a testa allargata (con rondella) da M2x8 in ciascun foro
dei blocchetti per il fi ssaggio del portello. Togliere le viti e mettere alcune gocce di colla CA in ciascun foro. Questo
serve per indurire il legno circostante e permettere alle viti di fare più presa quando saranno avvitate. Fissare il
portello alla gamba del carrello usando le sue viti e un cacciavite Phillips #1.
NOTICE
: Work slowly when using a sanding drum on the screws. The screws will heat up while sanding, which
could melt the landing gear door.
HINWEIS : Arbeiten Sie bei dem Abschleifen der Schrauben bitte langsam. Die Schrauben erhitzen bei dem
Schleifen und könnten die Fahrwerkstür anschmelzen.
REMARQUE : Travaillez lentement quand pour poncez les vis à l'aide d'un tambour de ponçage. Les vis vont
chauffer durant le ponçage, les trappes risqueraient de fondre.
AVVISO
: lavorare lentamente quando si usa un disco abrasivo sulle viti. Le viti si possono riscaldare e fondere il
portello del carrello.

Retract the landing gear using the radio system. This
will set the correct angle for the landing gear door
against the wing.
Fahren Sie das Fahrwerk mit der Fernsteuerung ein.
Damit stellen Sie den richtigen Winkel der Fahrwerkstür
ein. Lassen Sie den Kleber über Nacht trocknen und
fahren dann das Fahrwerk wieder aus.
Rétractez le train en utilisant votre radio. La trappe
s'alignera contre la surface de l'aile.
Retrarre il carrello usando il radiocomando. Questo per
impostare l'angolo corretto del portello contro l'ala.

Slide the landing gear door so the top block is resting
against the coil of the landing gear strut. Apply a thin
bead of canopy glue along the front and back of the
strut against the landing gear door. Rotate the door a
few times to work the glue behind the strut. Retract
the gear so the gear door is against the wing. Allow the
glue to cure overnight before moving the gear back to
the down position.
Schieben Sie die Fahrwerkstür so, dass sie mit

Drehen Sie die Tür etwas hin und her damit sich der

Poussez la trappe de manière que le bloc supérieur se
pose en appui contre le ressort de la jambe. Effectuez
un fi n cordon de colle cyano entre la jambe et la trappe,
pivotez légèrement la trappe vers l'avant et l'arrière pour
que la colle glisse derrière la jambe. Repliez le train pour
que la trappe repose contre l'aile. Laissez la colle sécher
durant toute une nuit avant de ré-ouvrir le train.
Inserire il portello del carrello in modo che il blocco
superiore appoggi contro la molla della gamba. Applicare
uno strato sottile di colla per capottine lungo la parte
anteriore e posteriore della gamba contro il portello.
Ruotare il portello alcune volte per spalmare bene la
colla dietro la gamba. Retrarre il carrello in modo che il
portello vada contro l'ala. Lasciare il carrello in questa
posizione per tutta la notte in modo che la colla si possa
asciugare bene.
