Please note:
The oven has a cooling fan which will start to
work when the thermostat is turned to 0.
Conventional (setting 1)
The oven is fitted with one heating element
under the oven base and another against the
roof of the oven .
Bottom heat (setting 2)
On setting 2, only the bottom heat is switched
on. This setting is ideally suited for baking
savoury tarts.
Grill (setting 3)
Flat pieces of meat, chicken or other poultry
may be grilled directly on the grid shelf. This
grill setting is also suitable for toasting bread.
Fan-assisted bottom heat (setting 4)
Especially suitable for yeast dough; the dough
rises extremely well with this method of
heating. Ideal for pizzas.
Fan-assisted grilling (setting 5)
If you set the function switch to 5, you can
grill with fan assistance. Excess radiant heat,
which does not radiate directly onto the food,
will be circulated round the food by the fan.
At the same time you can use the grill
spit/kebab set, in combination with the spit
motor.
Hot air (setting 6)
The air in the oven is heated by the radiant
elements at the top and bottom of the oven.
The air in the oven is sucked in by the fan in
the back wall of the oven, and then circulated
by the air distributor. The air in the oven is
therefore constantly in motion, making this
method of heating ideal for baking at different
levels at the same time.
Autostart and timer

Autostart

With this switch you can delay the oven's
starting time for between half an hour and
12 hours (see fig. 2).
