ü Wear suitable protective clothing.

The air and water lines are purged for 30 seconds.
1. Thoroughly brush the product under running water (<38 °C,
<100 °F, at least drinking water quality) for at least 10 seconds.
2. Use a soft, clean, and disinfected brush for thorough cleaning.
Midwest Handpiece Cleaner Plus can be used to support the
process.
The instruments must be rinsed to remove disinfectant residue
for the subsequent steps.
3. Check at good lighting (min. 500 lux) if the product is clean after
reprocessing.
4. If there is any contamination, repeat the process.
5. Lubricate mechanical parts automatically [→ 41] or manually
[→ 43].
6. Lubricate the push button chuck [→ 44].
7. Perform sterilization [→ 49] afterwards.
