Malfunction
The Mop Washing Tray is
full of water and can't be

emptied. A voice prompt
is broadcasted to alert you
about this.
The Mopping Pad Plate

or lower.
Possible Cause
The Dirty Water Tank is not properly installed.
The sealing plugs in the Dirty Water Tank are not installed
properly.
The Station cannot drain water normally.
The suction port of the Mop Washing Tray is blocked by
foreign objects, or the Mop Washing Tray is dirty.
The voice alert still exists after trying the above solutions.
The Mopping Pad Plate is entangled or stuck due to foreign
objects.
The Mopping Pad Plate drops off.
Solution
Tap down on the Dirty Water Tank to ensure it is properly installed.
Make sure that the two sealing plugs are properly installed.
Press and hold
, and wait for the Mop Washing Tray to
automatically add water. Then, press and hold
Station can drain water normally. If this issue occurs during the
Station's mopping pad washing process, please end the task via
the App before taking the above steps. If the water is successfully
drained, wipe-dry the Water Overflow Sensor of the Mop Washing
Tray. If not, check between the Dirty Water Tank and the Station for
foreign objects and clear them out.
Clean the Mop Washing Tray, and ensure there are no foreign
objects blocking its suction port.
Power cycle the Station. If this issue persists, please contact
customer service for assistance.
Clear the foreign objects.
Reinstall it and make sure it clicks into place.
