Solar Panel Battery
Procedure:
1. Unscrew the cover from the battery tie port on the Solar Panel Battery.
2. Connect the charger to the port by rotating the connector until the connector seats into the port.
3. Secure the connector locking sleeve.
4. Plug the other end of the charger into a wall plug.
5. Allow the battery to fully charge, until the green LED on the Solar Panel Battery illuminates.
Result: The Solar Panel Batteries are fully charged.

Pairing Cameras to Mobile Companion
To perform the installation process, cameras must be paired to the Mobile Companion application. Pairing
the camera during pre-installation enables installers to check that the camera is functioning properly in the
Camera Details screen before attempting installation.
Prerequisites: Obtain the External Antenna and ensure that the following conditions are met in the mobile
phone:

Bluetooth is enabled.
●
Wi-Fi is enabled.
●
Mobile Companion is logged on with an Agency Manager or Site Manager account.
Procedure:
1. Tap the
Cameras icon.
2. Tap the
Ellipsis icon at the top of the Cameras screen.
3. Tap
Add Camera in the pop-up menu.
4. Tap Start Installation in the Install a new camera screen.
5. Observe the installation site requirements:
a. Tap the checkboxes to acknowledge each requirement.
b. Tap Continue.
6. Confirm the Server Endpoint that the camera sends plate reads to.

To use a VehicleManager Agency, tap LEARN-NVLS.
●
To use the hosted Florida LEARN server Agency, tap LEARN Florida.
●
To use a ClientPortal Site, tap Client Portal.
●
To use a private server, tap Private Server and enter the Server web address and API Key.
7. Connect the External Antenna to the upper port on the back of the camera.
a. Tap the checkbox to confirm that the antenna is connected.
b. Tap Continue.
