SAFETY

The oven must only be used for cooking. It must not be used for hiding or storage. Do not
exceed the times and temperatures indicated in the baking table on page 4.) It must not be
used for barbeque purposes. Heat-resistant cooking equipment must be used.

The bottom drawer should only be used to store non-flammable materials such as clean
sticks and tongs. Flammable and combustible objects must never be placed.

GENERAL PRECAUTIONS
Sannover's liability is limited to the supply of the appliance.
Installation must be carried out scrupulously in accordance with the instructions in this manual and
the rules of the trade. Installation must only be carried out by a qualified technician working on
behalf of companies able to assume full responsibility for the installation as a whole.
Sannover accepts no liability for products modified without written authorization or for the
use of non-original spare parts.
It is MANDATORY to comply with national and European regulations, local building material
regulations and fire regulations.
NO MODIFICATIONS MAY BE MADE TO THE APPLIANCE. Sannover cannot be held
responsible for failure to observe these precautions.
INSTALLATION RULES
The installation of the Product and auxiliary equipment in relation to the heating system must
comply with all current standards and regulations and those laid down by law.
Installation and connection of the system, commissioning and checking of correct operation must
be carried out in accordance with the regulations in force by authorized professional personnel and
in compliance with the requirements of the law, whether national, regional, provincial or municipal,
in the country in which the appliance is installed, in addition to these instructions.
Installation must be carried out by authorized personnel, who must provide the purchaser with a
declaration of conformity for the system and assume full responsibility for the final installation and
consequent correct operation of the installed product.
The Product, assembled and ready for installation, must be connected by a junction to the house's
existing flue. The junction may be short, straight, horizontal or positioned slightly uphill. The
connections must be tight.
Before installing the appliance, carry out the following checks:

Check that your structure can support the weight of the appliance. If the load-bearing
capacity is insufficient, appropriate measures must be taken. Sannover's liability is limited
to supplying the appliance (see TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION).

Make sure that the floor can support the weight of the appliance (e.g. weight distribution
plate), and if it is made of a material that (DIMENSIONS IN ACCORDANCE WITH
REGIONAL REGULATIONS).

Make sure there is adequate ventilation in the room where the appliance is to be installed,
paying particular attention to windows and doors with tight-fitting seals (sealing cords).

Do not install the appliance in rooms containing collective ventilation ducts, hoods with or
