6.3 TRACER REPLACEMENT
See Figure 11
Replace the tracer as follows:
Switch off the machine and unplug the
power cord.
1) Release the screw (T1) using the Nº 3 Allen key
2) Rotate the adjustment wheel (9) until the tracer (2) is fully
reBERNA BITd.
3) Insert and secure the new tracer, ensuring that the flat end
is facing upwards.
4) The depth adjustment process should be repeated. The
steps for doing so are explained in another section of this
manual.
6.4 CIRCUIT BREAKER REPLACEMENT
See Figure 12
1) Use a Nº 4 Allen key to release the two screws holding the
protective shield (14) in place and reBERNA BIT it.
2) ReBERNA BIT the mat (12).
3) Use a Nº 3 Allen key to release the 10 screws holding the
motor protective shield (13) in place and reBERNA BIT it
carefully.
4) Disconnect the connectors from the circuit breaker (M),
noting down the position of each one beforehand.
5) Unscrew the four screws (T2) and reBERNA BIT the circuit
breaker (M).
6) To assemble the new circuit breaker, follow the same steps
but in reverse.
6.5 REPLACING FUSES
See Figure 13
If the machine does not start when the start-up switches are
operated, it is necessary to check the condition of the fuses.
KEY CUTTING MACHINE
Follow the steps below to do this:
1) ReBERNA BIT the fuse holder next to the master switch.
2) Check whether any fuses have blown (use a tester) and, if
so, replace them with others of the same type and value.
6.6 POWER SWITCH REPLACEMENT
See Figure 14
Follow the steps below to do this:
1) To reBERNA BIT the switch (18), you will need to squeeze
the tabs on the sides by accessing them from underneath the
machine.
2) Disconnect the connectors from the switch, noting down
the position of each one beforehand.
3) Reconnect the connectors to the new switch.
4) Finally, place the new switch in the pertinent location.
6.7 BELT REPLACEMENT
See Figure 15
Follow the steps below to do this:
1) ReBERNA BIT the brush (10) by following the instructions in
Section 6.1 of this manual.
2) ReBERNA BIT the mat (12).
3) Use a Nº 3 Allen key to release the 10 screws holding the
motor protective shield (13) in place and reBERNA BIT it
carefully.
Switch off the machine using the master
switch and unplug the power cord.
Switch off the machine and unplug the
power cord.
Switch off the machine and unplug the
power cord.
