MAINTENANCE
CLEAN THE CLEANING PRODUCT TANK
After cleaning agent operation, clean the cleaning agent tank (15) and the connected hoses. To
clean the cleaning agent tank (15) and the high pressure pump (30), proceed as follows:
1.
Squeeze the trigger (25) of the manual spray gun (23) until the detergent tank (15) is empty.
2.
Fill the detergent tank (15) with clean water.
3.
Insert the detergent nozzle (3) (black) into the spray lance (17).
4.
Start the high-pressure cleaner as described in chapter 10.
5.
Rinse the high-pressure cleaner with clean water for several minutes.Rinse the high-pressure
cleaner with clean water for several minutes.
NOZZLE CLEANING
If there is a pulsing sensation when the trigger (25) is pressed, the nozzle (3) is
potentially dirty or clogged and should be cleaned immediately.
To clean the nozzle (3):
1.
Turn off the engine and cut off the water supply.
2.
Depressurize the device (see 11.6).
3.
Remove the nozzle (3) from the spray lance (17). Make sure the nozzle (3) is pointing away
from you in a safe direction.
4.
Use the nozzle cleaner needle (34) or a small paper clip to remove debris from the nozzle (3).
5.
Rinse the nozzle (3) with clean water.
6.
Replace the nozzle (3) on the spray lance (17).
7.
Start the water supply and turn on the device.
WATER DRAIN
ATTENTION: Risk of damage!
Freezing water in the device can destroy parts of the device. In winter, store the device
preferably in a heated room. If you store it in an unheated room, proceed as follows:
1.
Unscrew the water supply hose and high pressure hose (2).
2.
Let the device work for max. 1 minute until pump and lines are empty.
MOTOR OIL
Note: Dispose of used oil in an environmentally friendly way!
Engine oil level
Drain the oil while the engine is still warm to ensure quick and complete drainage.
1.
Place the machine vertically on a flat, level surface.
2.
Clean the machine around the filler cap/dipstick so that no dirt or material enters the engine when the cap is removed.
3.
Pull out the filler cap (turn counterclockwise) until it is completely unscrewed. For machines without the dipstick, the oil
level is determined by how close it is to the top of the fill hole. For machines equipped with an oil dipstick: A. Remove
the dipstick and wipe it with a clean cloth or paper. B. Insert the dipstick into the oil filter, but do not screw it on. C.
Remove the dipstick again and inspect it, the oil level is determined by the last oil mark left on the dipstick.
4.
Make sure the oil level is at or just below the "maximum" mark. If the oil level is low, add oil until it reaches that mark.
If the oil level is too high, drain it a little until it reaches the correct level.
5.
When you're done, screw the filler cap back on (turn clockwise). Clean any oil residue that may have remained on the
machine.
Change engine oil
Place the machine in an appropriate location and surface, which is flat and level, and has a container prepared to collect any
drained oil.
1.
Clean the machine around the oil drain plug, oil dipstick, and fill plug so that no dirt or material gets in when you
remove the plug.
2.
Unscrew (turn counterclockwise) and remove the drain plug and washer.
3.
Tilt the machine and drain all the oil from the engine. Once it has drained, return the machine to a level position.
4.
Clean the drain plug and washer and replace them. She screws it all the way (turns clockwise) and tightens firmly.
5.
Remove the oil filler cap (turn counterclockwise) until it is completely unscrewed. Clean the oil level indicator with a
clean cloth or paper.
6.
Use a funnel and add oil to the engine until it reaches the "maximum" mark. Recheck the oil level (as above).
7.
When you're done, put the oil filler cap back on (turn clockwise) until it's tight. Clean the residual oil from the machine.
