OPERATION
NOZZLES
The machine can be supplied with a variety of nozzles. Each nozzle is color
coded for identification and produces a different spray for different tasks.
Nozzle colors may vary; check them all before using them.
• RED – 0° dispersion angle. The highest possible pressure for tough cleaning
tasks, including stained concrete and paint removal. Not recommended for
soft materials or automotive.
• GREEN – dispersion angle of 25°. High pressure for general cleaning tasks,
including automotive.
• White – dispersion angle of 40°. Moderate pressure for general
cleaning of larger surfaces.
• BLACK – 65° dispersion angle. Low pressure for general cleaning of larger
surfaces and when using detergent.
TURBO NOZZLE: perfect for the toughest and most
stubborn stains on facades, concrete, stone, swimming
pools and terraces. Improves the power of the high-
pressure cleaning lance by more than 50%.
ASSEMBLY OF THE SPRAY NOZZLE UNIT
1.
1.Position the spray nozzle unit so that the intended holes are on top
of each other.
2.
Now fix the unit with four bushings (5.1) and the fixing plugs (5).
3.
To do this, first press the bushings (5.1) into the provided holes and
then secure them with the fixing plugs (5).
CHANGING THE NOZZLE
Before changing the nozzle, turn off the device and squeeze the trigger (25)
until the device is depressurized.
USING THE SPRAY NOZZLES
Using the quick connector on the spray lance (17), you can change between
four nozzles (3). Proceed as follows to change the nozzles:
1.
Remove the ring from the quick connector and remove the nozzle.
2.
Select the required nozzle: Soft jet: 40° (white) or 25° (green); Hard
jet: 0° (red); Cleaning agent: black.
3.
Pull the ring back, insert the selected mouthpiece and release the
ring. Pull on the mouthpiece to check the perfect fit.
75
The best cleaning results are obtained when the nozzle is kept at a distance of 20
to 60 cm from the surface to be cleaned. If the distance is too short, damage to the
sprayed surface may occur.
When cleaning car tires, keep a distance of at least 30 cm.
CLEANING THE NOZZLES
DO NOT clean a nozzle while it is connected to the machine.
Before disconnecting a nozzle, make sure the motor is OFF and the water
supply is OFF.
Be careful when cleaning a nozzle to avoid damaging the nozzle hole.
The machine may come equipped with a wire for cleaning the nozzle that
can be used if a nozzle becomes clogged.
Remove the nozzle from the machine and carefully insert the end of the wire
into the nozzle hole to unclog the nozzle.
Check that the tip of the lance where the nozzles are placed and the nozzles
themselves are always clean and free of foreign bodies.
