OPERATION
BEFORE START-UP
ATTENTION: Be sure to perform all of the following procedures before starting the
engine or operating the equipment. All procedures described here are generic
in nature and slight variations may exist between different models. Failure to
follow the checklist and carry out the procedures correctly may void the product
warranty.
BEFORE PUTTING THE DEVICE INTO SERVICE
Check that the bow handle is properly adjusted.
Check that oil has been poured into the oil inlet/dipstick up to the
specified level.
Pour the specified type of gasoline into the fuel tank (9).
Check that the hose connections are tight. Check that the high pressure
hose (2) has no kinks, cracks or other damage.
Have an adequate water connection prepared with sufficient flow.
Make sure the device is level. Turn on the water supply.
ATTENTION
Do not turn on the pump if the water supply is not connected or turned on.
The product is NOT supplied with motor oil, although there may be traces of oil
from the manufacturing process.
It is essential to add adequate motor oil and the correct type to the engine before
use. Failure to add motor oil will void the product warranty.
Make sure that the water supply does not contain air in the circuit. The supply
hose must be full of water.
MOTOR OIL
Four-stroke engines require engine oil in the crankcase for lubrication of
internal components. Serious or irreparable damage may occur if the engine
is allowed to run without engine oil. The engine oil level requires regular
maintenance. Check the engine oil level and make sure the oil level is at or just
below the maximum level indicator. Always check the engine oil level before
starting the engine.
AIR FILTER
The air filter is used to prevent dirt and other particles from entering the
engine and causing internal damage. The air filter requires regular
maintenance. Always check the air filter before starting the engine.
FUEL
To fill or refuel fuel:
Place the machine upright on a flat surface and leveled.
Clean the machine around the fuel filler so that it does not dirt or other
material into the engine when you remove the cover.
Remove the fuel filler cap (turn counterclockwise).
Use a funnel to carefully fill the fuel tank. Do not fill above the top of the
sieve (if equipped with it) or else you will overfill the tank.
When you're done, put the fuel filler cap back on (turn clockwise) until it's
securely closed. Clean residual fuel from the machine. If you spill fuel, move
the pump away from the spill before starting the engine.
ATTENTION: Petroleum and gasoline are extremely flammable; keep away
from flames or other ignition sources. The engine must be cold before refueling.
ATTENTION: Fill the fuel tank with the correct type of fuel and adequately.

BOMBS
The machine comes with the pump and components necessary for normal use.
Some of the information below may or may not explicitly apply to your machine.
The pump outlet pressure is set at the factory.
It is not necessary to modify the outlet pressure adjustment valve unless the pump
includes a specific adjuster. Altering the outlet pressure may damage the machine
and void the product warranty.
The pumps are manufactured in such a way that they do not require maintenance.
The pumps are already supplied with production oil and do not require filler/inlet
caps or oil changes, nor do they have an oil sight glass or filling system.
