OPERATION
EXTRACT WATER
USE THE MACHINE TO EXTRACT WATER
1.
1.Connect the supplied inlet hose to the inlet connector on the
pump.
2.
Place the free end of the inlet hose into the water tank.
3.
Start the engine of the machine and run it at approximately half
throttle. The pump will begin to suck the water in.
4.
Pull the trigger on the spear. When a steady stream of water flows
from the nozzle, the machine is ready to use.
ATTENTION: The maximum length of the inlet hose is 5 m. DO NOT exceed
this limit. DO NOT use the inlet hose without the built-in filter. DO NOT
allow the filter end of the inlet hose to sit on the bottom of the reservoir as
this may allow contaminants to enter the pump. When running the motor
to draw water into the pump, DO NOT allow it to run for more than 60
seconds. The pump suction procedure will need to be repeated if the
machine is turned off and/or if air enters the inlet hose. Running the pump
"dry" for more than 60 seconds may permanently damage the pump and
will void the product warranty.
SELF-ASPIRATION OF OPEN TANKS/CONTAINERS AND
NATURAL WATER BODIES
Never vacuum water from a drinking water tank.
Never vacuum up liquids that contain solvents such as paint thinner,
gasoline or oil. Solvent spray is highly flammable, explosive and toxic.
Use the self-priming accessories (not included in the supply)
Composed of suction filter and 3m reinforced vacuum hose. With this
accessory, the device can absorb water maximum 0.5 m above the
water level. This can last approximately 1 minute. Completely submerge
the 3m suction hose under water to displace air. Connect the suction
hose to the device and make sure that the suction filte remains under
water. Operate the device without the manual spray gun until water
flows evenly from the high-pressure hose. If no water comes out after
1 minute, turn off the device and check all connections. Once water
is flowing, turn off the device and connect the manual spray gun and
spray lance to start to work.
It is important that the hose and couplers are of good quality, well
connected and that the joints are not damaged and insert straight.
Leaky connections can make suction difficult.

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS
ALTITUDE
If the engine is used at altitudes of 1500 m, carburetor adjustments may
be required. This is because there is less oxygen in the air as altitude
increases, which effectively "enriches" the ratio of fuel to air entering the
engine and the higher the altitude, the richer the fuel mixture. If the
engine is permanently operated at high altitude, it is recommended that
an authorized technical center make the necessary carburetor
adjustments. If the engine is used occasionally at altitude (not extreme
altitudes), no adjustments will be required, however a slight decrease in
engine performance is to be expected.
TEMPERATURE
If the engine is used in extremely cold or hot environments, such as in a
desert or snow, the type of engine oil may need to be changed to match
the ambient temperatures. Oil thickens as the temperature decreases and
thins as the temperature increases, meaning that if the engine oil is not
suitable for the temperature, its ability to properly lubricate the engine may
be affected. Use the following table to determine the correct engine oil.
