The following describes error codes that may be displayed indicating
a problem with the unit, potential causes, and steps to correct the problem.
Invalid card
No card
Battery low
Motor
overload
Error
Power fault
Potential problems
Program card is not a Symphony
card
Program card is incorrectly
inserted
Program card is damaged
and not working
Program card is not inserted
Program card is not completely
inserted
Battery needs charging soon,
and will beep every 20 seconds
(15 minutes of pumping time
remaining from when the indication
started)
Motor is drawing too much current
Potential fault in electronics of gear
control
Potential fault in electronics of
power supply

– Check if the correct program card
is being used
– Check that card is positioned correctly
– Replace program card
– Insert program card
– Push card in all the way
– Be sure power cord is plugged
into the back of the pump
