Possible Causes
The Robot doesn't start working from
Charging Dock.
Move the Robot when it is working.
Cleaning is not nished.
The position of Charging Dock is incorrect.
The Charging Dock is powered off or moved by
people.
The Robot doesn't start working from the the
Charging Dock.
The charging route is blocked. For example,
the door of the room with the Charging Dock is
closed.
The room is so large that Robot needs to
return to recharge.
Robot is unable to reach certain areas
blocked by furniture or barriers.
Solutions
The Robot must start cleaning from Charging Dock.
Don't move the Robot when it is working.
Allow the Robot return to Charging Dock when it nishes
cleaning.
Please place the Charging Dock correctly according to the
chapter "Charging Robot" in user mannual.
Please ensure the Charging Dock is powered on, and don't
move the Charging Dock during the cleaning.
It is recommended that Robot start cleaning from the
Charging Dock.
Keep the charging route clear.
Please enable Continuous Cleaning. For more details,
please follow the App instruction.
Tidy up the area to be cleaned by putting furniture and
small objects in their proper place.
