Proper use

The power source is intended solely for MMA and TIG welding and arc air gouging.
Any use above and beyond this purpose is deemed improper. The manufacturer shall not
be liable for any damage resulting from such use.
Proper use also includes:

Setup regulations

The power source is tested to degree of protection IP 23, meaning:

The power source can be set up and operated outdoors in accordance with degree of
protection IP 23. However, the built-in electrical components must be protected against
direct wetting.
Danger from machines falling or toppling over.
This can result in severe personal injury and damage to property.

The venting duct is a very important safety device. When choosing the device location,
ensure that the cooling air can enter and exit unhindered through the air ducts on the
front and back of the device. Any electroconductive metallic dust (e.g. from grinding
work) must not be allowed to get sucked into the device.

Mains connection

The devices are designed for the mains voltage specified on the rating plate. The fuse
protection required for the mains lead can be found in the "Technical data" section. If
there is no mains cable or mains plug on your device, fit one that conforms to national
standards.
