"LocalNet pas-
sive" distributor
"LocalNet passive" distributor
The "LocalNet passive" distributor only functions correctly if both distributor ends are
used/connected.

Using temporarily connected nodes such as the RCU 4000 remote control offers a signi-
ficant advantage over the "LocalNet passive" distributor. Unlike the "LocalNet passive"
distributor, individual connection sockets can now remain unused when the additional
nodes are no longer required.

With the "LocalNet passive" distributor,
several system add-ons can be connected
to the LocalNet connection of the power
source and operated simultaneously, e.g.
the TR 3000 and TR 1100 together.
The "LocalNet active" distributor has a
total of three LocalNet connections on the
rear of the power source. Simultaneous
operation of a wide range of system add-
ons is possible.
If individual connections remain unused,
preferably use the LocalNet connection
made of metal (1).
