The power source can be set up and operated outdoors in accordance with IP21. The
built-in electrical parts must however be protected from direct wetting.
The venting duct is a very important safety feature. When choosing the machine locati-
on, ensure that the cooling air can enter and exit unhindered through the air ducts on
the front and back of the machine. Any electroconductive metallic dust (e.g. from
grinding work) must not be allowed to get into the power source.

2500/3100 mains
connection
The VST 1500 must be operated at a mains voltage of 1x230V~.
The VST 2500 and the VST 3100 can be operated at a mains voltage of 3x230 or
3x400V~. These power sources are set to 400V~ in the factory. The tolerance range of
+/- 10% means they can also be operated at 380 V~ or 415 V~.
Important! As an option, the power source can be designed for a special voltage. The
mains voltage is given on the rating plate.
WARNING! Operating the equipment incorrectly can cause serious injury
and damage.
-
Read the section entitled „Safety rules" before starting the power source
for the first time.
