- Remove the right hand side panels by unfastening the four fixing
screws.
- Remove the aluminised sheet guard;
- Unscrew the nut fastening the thermocouple.
- Disconnect the two wires feeding the thermocouple.
- Replace the thermocouple (Plate A Item 21).
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble, making
sure that the connectors are in the right positions.
6.3.8
REPLACING THE IGNITION CARDS
After carrying out the operations described in 6.1 above, to replace the
ignition cards proceed as follows:
- Remove the top rear panel by unfastening the four fixing screws;
- Disconnect the wires feeding the ignition card;
- Replace the ignition card (Plate A Item 24);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
6.3.9
REPLACING THE TRANSFORMERS
After carrying out the operations described in 6.1 above, to replace the
transformer proceed as follows:
- Remove the top rear panel by unfastening the four fixing screws;
- Disconnect the wires feeding the transformer
- Replace the transformer, unfastening the lock nut in the case of the
toroidal version (Plate A Item 25). or the two screws in the case of the
other version (Plate A Item 47).
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
6.3.10 REPLACING THE TEMPERED GLASS
After carrying out the operations described in 6.1 above, to replace the
tempered glass proceed as follows:
Open the door;
- Remove the screws from the aesthetic frame inside the door;
- Unfasten the screws from the glass fixing frame.
- Remove the seal elements;
- Replace the glass (Plate A Item 01);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
WARNING!
Under no circumstances must the glass rest
on or come into contact with metal parts, so it is essential that a
band of ceramic fibre, of the same type fitted by the manufacturer,
be inserted at the bottom where the glass rests.
6.3.11 REPLACING THE SAFETY THERMOSTAT
WARNING!
Regularly check that the safety thermostat is
operating correctly.
After carrying out the operations described in 6.1 above, to replace the
safety thermostat proceed as follows:
- Remove the front right side panel by unfastening the fixing screws;
- Open the door and remove the rotating carriage;
- Remove the thermostat sensor fixing plate by unfastening the fixing
screw located inside the baking chamber;
- Disconnect the thermostat faston connectors;
- Remove the thermostat dial;
- Unscrew thermostat lock nut;
- Replace the thermostat and the relative sensor (Plate A Item 19);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
6.3.12 REPLACING THE CHIMNEY EXTRACTOR SAFETY
THERMOSTAT
After carrying out the operations described in 6.1 above, to replace the
chimney extractor safety thermostat proceed as follows:
- Remove the sensor-bulb located in correspondence with the fume
extractor switch (chimney) after unfastening the lock screw;
- Remove the top rear panel by unfastening the fixing screws
- Remove the thermostat support bracket from the electrical
component panel;
- Replace the thermostat and the relative sensor (Plate A Item 26);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
6.3.13 REPLACING THE CYCLE CARDS
After carrying out the operations described in 6.1 above, to replace the
cycle cards proceed as follows:
-Remove the top rear panel;
-Detach the cycle card connections;
- Disconnect the card from the omega bare and replace it (Plate A Item
24);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble.
6.3.14 GREASING THE CARRIAGE ROTATION BEARING
SUPPORT
NOTE:
Abour every 6 MONTHS (this will vary according to
the type of equipment use) the carriage rotation support needs to
be greased.
After carrying out the operations described in point 6.1 above, proceed
as follows:
- Remove the top panel (Fig.16 item X);
- Grease the carriage rotation bearing support thoroughly with LGHP2
SKF GREASE FOR HIGH TEMPERATURES via both nipples
(Fig.16 item G);
- Perform the above operations in reverse order to reassemble
6.4
DISMANTLING
When the appliance or its parts are dismantled, the various components
must be divided according to type of material, and then disposed of in
compliance with current laws and regulations.
