National standards and state, provincial and federal laws require the user to be trained before using this product. Use this manual as part
of a user safety training program that is appropriate for the user's occupation. These instructions must be provided to users before use
of the product and retained for ready reference by the user. The user must read, understand (or have explained), and heed all instructions,
labels, markings and warnings supplied with this product and with those products intended for use in association with it. FAILURE TO DO

    P/N SHLL001 CARE, MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE 1. Maintenance and storage of equipment shall be conducted by the user’s organization in accordance with MSA instructions. Unique issues, which may arise due to conditions of use, shall be addressed with MSA. 2. Equipment which is in need of or scheduled for maintenance shall be tagged “DO NOT USE” and removed from service.
  • Page 13 INSPECTION 1. The MSA Sure-Line™ System shall be inspected by the user before each use and additionally by a competent person other than the user at intervals of no more than 6 months. Detailed inspections must be recorded in the Inspection Checklist.
