Check clutch lever' smoothness�
Turn the handlebar towards the left to the end�
Slowly pull the clutch lever until the resistance is evident. Check clutch lever's position where the
clearance is for free play�
Free play: 0�19 in� ~ 0�39 in� (5 mm ~ 10 mm)�
If there is no free play for a clutch lever, the clutch will start to slip.
Check free play every time before starting the engine.
Set the clutch lever free play when necessary.

Loosen lock nut

and rotate the adjusting nut

Tighten the lock nut
