Depending on the application, the following noz‐
zles may be used:
– Fan-jet nozzle: The fan-jet nozzle is designed
for cleaning larger areas.
– Rotary-jet nozzle: The rotary nozzle is
designed for removing stubborn dirt.
► If you want to remove stubborn dirt, reduce the
distance between the nozzle and the surface.
► If you want to remove dirt from painted,
wooden or other potentially sensitive surfaces,
increase the distance between the nozzle and
the surface.
To adjust the fan jet nozzle:
WARNING
■ To reduce the risk of injury from high-pressure
spray, always switch off the pressure washer,
relieve any remaining pressure in the system
and lock the spray gun trigger before attempt‐
ing to insert, adjust or remove the spray noz‐
zle.
► Switch off the pressure washer.
► Relieve system pressure.
► Lock the spray gun trigger.
► Rotate the fan-jet nozzle in the (+) direction to
increase the working pressure.
► Rotate the fan-jet nozzle in the (-) direction to
reduce the working pressure.
To clean:
► Before starting work, direct the water jet at an
inconspicuous area of the surface and check
that the surface is not damaged.
► Work at a distance that allows you to effec‐
tively clean the surface without damaging it.
► Adjust the fan-jet nozzle and distance from the
surface to be cleaned to ensure the surface
will not be damaged by the spray.

► Move the spray attachment evenly along the
surface to be cleaned.
► Move forward slowly in a controlled manner.

12.1
Preparing for Transportation or
Storage
To prepare the pressure washer for transporta‐
tion or storage:
► Switch off the pressure washer,
► Disconnect the pressure washer from the
power supply.
► Disconnect the pressure washer from the
water supply.
► Press the spray gun trigger to relieve any
remaining pressure in the system.
► Lock the spray gun trigger.
► Disconnect the water hose.
► Remove and clean the nozzle and spray
lance.
► Remove the spray gun and let the rest of the
water run out of the spray gun.
► If the pressure washer will be exposed to
freezing temperatures, protect it with anti‐
freeze or take other measures outlined below,
