► Press and hold the spray gun trigger (2).

cally and water flows out of the nozzle.
Locking the spray gun trigger
To lock the spray gun trigger:
► Release the spray gun trigger (2).
The high-pressure pump switches off automat‐
ically when you release the spray gun trigger.
Water stops flowing out of the nozzle but the
pressure washer remains switched on.
► Slide the retaining latch (1) to the

Adding Detergents
WARNING
■ Use of unsuitable detergents or cleaning
agents can damage the pressure washer or
surface being cleaned and may result in per‐
sonal injury. Always read and follow the deter‐
gent manufacturer's warnings and instructions
regarding proper preparation, dilution, safe
use and disposal.
Detergents can improve cleaning effectiveness.
Use the detergent spray set to add detergents:
► Always read and follow instructions provided
by the manufacturer of the detergent before
starting work.
► STIHL recommends soaking surfaces with
water before applying detergent.
► Fill the detergent bottle (1) with up to 16.9 oz.
