Wiring diagram 2: Electronic speed controller with BEC system
Many electronic speed controllers designed for model car use feature an integral BEC system as standard.
Caution:
These BEC systems also have restricted current capacity. As already described in wiring diagram 1, a
separate receiver battery (see wiring diagram 3) must be fitted if powerful servos are to be used. Please
read the notes on this subject in the operating instructions supplied with your speed controller.

Wiring diagram 3: Separate receiver battery
A separate receiver battery can be connected to any vacant servo socket. If all the servo sockets are already in use,
a Y-lead (Order No. 3936.11) can be employed (see diagram below). Do not connect anything to the receiver's
battery socket.
