Check the wire guide housing
Increase the clamping pressure

Tighten the current nozzle rmly
Distance between the hose bundle
and the respective part must be 510
mm. Inclination must not be lower
than 60 with respect to the part.
Secure or replace the gas supply
(higher volume)
Let the welder cool down
