The manufacturer will not be held responsible regarding safety, reliability or performance of the device if:
The essential requirements for the locale, detailed in the dental unit User Manual are not respected;
The assembly, the additions, the adjustments, the calibrations and the repairs are not performed by authorised
technical service personnel;
If modifications, tampering, incorrect maintenance are performed, or incompatible and/or non-original spare
parts are used;
The device is not used in compliance with the use instructions and for the purpose for which it was
manufactured.

For the correct operation of the device it must be connected to the specific power supply and electronic control circuit,
designed by the manufacturer, by way of suitable hose connection.
The manufacturer promises to provide, upon request, wiring diagrams, component parts lists, calibration instructions or
other information that may be needed by authorised technical service personnel.
The manufacturer reserves the right to bring about modifications at any moment without notice.
CONNECTION TO THE POWER SUPPLY CABLE
Bring the motor next to the hose and rotate it, on the hose connector itself until the coupling point is found. Insert the
motor completely and then fully tighten down the ring nut.
ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY OF THE HANDPIECE
Handpieces complying with ISO 3964 and of the INTRAmatic® Lux. type may be used. Insert the handpiece on the
coupling until the distinctive connection "click" is heard.
Never mount a handpiece onto a motor that is in rotation.
To detach the handpiece from the motor pull lightly.
SETTING OPERATIONAL PARAMETERS
Operational modes, speed adjustment, inversion of the rotation direction, torque adjustment, spray and LED lighting
activation (if available) are to be had through the dental unit command panel. Refer to the dental unit instruction manual
for the setting of the operational parameters (see part. 8 – fig. 9 in section
ILLUMINATION DEVICE
In the micro-motors set up with LEDs for lighting of the surgical field, these are lit automatically when the Electrica
Micromotor is running. After the motor stops, the LED remains lit for a pre-set time. Lighting is dependent upon settings
made on the dental unit.
