USER MANUAL
Possible cause
The AC network is below the level of the charger. A mains
failure has occurred and the UPS is in Battery mode
The ambient temperature is too high
Frequency out of range
Voltage out of range
Phase out of range (Bypass input and inverter output are
not in phase)
Frequency out of range
Bypass overload alarm
Voltage out of range
The battery is discharged
The battery is low
Battery not present
Battery test result = fault
Battery temperature too high
An emergency stop was made
Output power above threshold
Overload output
Abnormal fans
Wiring fault that can come from an inversion between
the phase and the neutral
Internal Bypass fault (relay, SCR)
Bypass overload fault (max. counter reached)
DC voltage of the Bus + of the rectifier too high
DC voltage of the Bus – of the rectifier too high
DC voltage of the Bus + of the rectifier too low
DC voltage of the Bus – of the rectifier too low
The DC bus is not balanced
Hardware fault in the input of the rectifier module
DC bus short-circuited
Hardware fault in the DCDC module
Internal charger fault
Solution
Mains AC supply missing
Ambient temperature alarm
Frequency out of range
AC voltage out of range
Bypass phase out of range
Bypass frequency out of range
Check the loads and disconnect any that are non-critical
Bypass voltage out of range
UPS in Battery mode
When the alarm sounds every second, the battery will be almost empty
Run the battery test to confirm. Check that the battery bank is correctly
connected to the UPS
Check that the battery circuit breaker is ON or that the fuse is not blown
Consult the Distributor
Consult the Distributor
Check the EPO status
Adjustable L1: <105%
Max. (P,S) > L2 (L2 = 105%)
Check if the fans work normally. If not, consult the Distributor
Check the power wiring
Consult the Distributor
Check the loads and disconnect any that are non-critical
Check if the UPS is working in Standby or Bypass mode and if "Start in
Bypass" is enabled before connecting the transformer load. Or consult
the Distributor
