4.4 SELECTION OF THE COOKING MODE
As we explained in the previous paragraph, at the first lighting of the oven, the panel will
show convection mode and the default parameters.
NOTE: with this cooking mode you can cook both in convection mode ( with 0% percent-
age of humidification) and in combination mode (with a percentage of humidification be-
tween 1 and 99%).
It's possible to select combination mode also pressing at the same time convection and
steam button. In this case the default percentage of humidification is 25%.
To select steam mode, press the button shown upside.
When the led above the button is on, this confirms the selection.
The default values for this cooking mode are:
• Temperature:100°C
• Humidification: 99% (this value cannot be modified).
• Time: 30 minutes
Whatever is the selected cooking mode, you can visualize the set parameters, pressing the
button "see set".
The visualization of the parameters is done as described in the paragraph 4.3.
NOTE: whenever the oven lights, the control panel shows the same configuration the oven had when
turned off.
