4.6 ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS
4.6A VENTILATION WITH REDUCED SPEED
Pressing the reduced ventilation button, shown on the side, the corresponding led switches
on to indicate that the function is active.
Reduced ventilation function can be activated both when the oven is switched off and while cooking.
4.6B AUTOREVERSE
Pressing autoreverse button, shown on the side, the corresponding led switches on to
indicate that the function is active.
Autoreverse function reverses the fan rotation each 4 minutes, improving cooking uniformity.
Keep in mind that the necessary pauses to reverse ventilation can increase cooking time of about 15%.
This function can be activated both when the oven is switched off and while cooking.
