VERY IMPORTANT:
Autoreverse and reduced ventilation functions are optional in all this range of ovens.
If you didn't buy these functions along with the oven, pressing one of the Autoreverse or reduced ven-
tilation button, the display will show the message Fun OPT (function optional) to indicate the selected
function is an optional, that is not installed on the oven.
4.7 RELEASE VALVE
The release valve has the function of adjusting humidification
inside the cooking chamber and is manually activated through
a knob, situated above the door.
If you turn the knob to the right, the release valve is closed.
In this way, the steam is kept inside the cooking chamber.
If you turn the knob to the left, the release valve is open.
In this way, a part of steam is evacuated from the cooking
chamber.
