5.0 STARTING OF A COOKING CYCLE
Pressing the start/stop button, shown on the side, you activate cooking phase.
VERY IMPORTANT: to obtain good cooking results, we recommend to preheat the cooking chamber
at a temperature of 30 °C higher than the one selected for cooking cycle.
During first 5 seconds, the displays flash showing the set values.
The display above shows alternately the temperature set and the percentage of humidification, com-
bined to the leds of the corresponding buttons.
At the same time the led of cooking mode (convection and/or steam) and also the one of autoreverse
and reduced ventilation functions if activated.
After 5 seconds, the temperature display shows the real cooking chamber temperature and the time
display shows the time missing to end cooking process.
In case of cooking with core probe, the below display will show the temperature detected by the probe.
At the end of the cooking cycle:
The buzzer activates and can be interrupted pressing start button or opening the oven's door.
The above display shows the real cooking chamber temperature.
The below display visualizes the message End.
The led of start button flashes.
