pare the meal is reduced significantly. The air stream heated by heating element is supplied
to the area around the product and the latter is roasted from all sides uniformly. Therefore
any rotating or mixing in course of roasting is unnecessary. The roasting and cooking process
is additionally accelerated by means of halogen heater making it possible to maintain more
nutrition values in prepared meals.
As a result of intensive transfer of thermal energy, it is possible to ensure energy saving and to
reduce roasting temperature by 10-20%. Consequently the cooking process becomes more
economic and meals quality is improved.
An effective glass dish has been designed in order to enable convenient monitoring of the
whole roasting process and to facilitate the cleaning and washing.
