Disassembly and Assembly of the Mechanics
You may need to remove the mechanics from the fuselage for maintenance or setting.
For this purpose, proceed as follows:
Remove the retention screws of the rotor blades (1) and
remove the spacer discs (2) from the blade holders.
Please observe that the lower rotor blades ro-
tate clockwise and the upper ones counter-clock-
wise.
Therefore, the rotor blades should be marked
first or put down separately.
Then remove the two retention screws (3) of the rotor brake
(4) and pull off the brake controller upwards.
If the centrifugal rod's linkage (5) was disconnected at the
lower end, the centrifugal rod can be removed upwards form
the rotor head including the linkage rod.
Remove the 4 attachment screws (1) on either side accord-
ing to the adjacent figure and lift off the fuselage cover (2)
upwards and the cockpit glazing (3) forwards.
