Meaning
The control unit has a technical defect (self-
test failed).
The charging process is interrupted.
The charging infrastructure of the power
grid/house connection is insufficient: The
ground wire is interrupted or not available.
The ground wire monitoring has interrupted
the charging process.
The light indicator of the Reset button on
the control unit is defective.
The charging process is interrupted.
The control unit has detected a fault cur-
rent.
The charging process is interrupted.
Remedy
e
Disconnect the charger from the power supply and recon-
nect it to the power supply after 60 seconds.

If the fault persists, have the control unit checked by a
qualified specialist dealer/authorized Porsche dealer.

Only ungrounded power grids (e.g. IT networks): If nec-
essary, charge the vehicle with deactivated ground wire
monitoring.

ing" on page 16.

Only grounded power grids: Have the control unit checked
by a qualified specialist dealer/authorized Porsche dealer
and have the power grid/house connection checked by a
qualified electrician.

Have the control unit replaced by a qualified specialist
dealer/authorized Porsche dealer.

Press the Reset button
for at least 2 seconds.
e
If the fault persists, have the control unit checked by
a qualified specialist dealer/authorized Porsche dealer
and have the power grid/house connection checked by
a qualified electrician.
