TRAINING FREQUENCY

At the beginning, e recommend training every other day on the stepper. Beginners can
start w ith a program of 5 minutes, and then increase the time to 10 and later to 30 minutes
(at a time or divided into periods of x 10 minutes). If your fitness level is already very high,
you can train every day. But al ays remember to listen to your o n body.
